Digital Library Technologies (DLT)
,  is a unit  of Information Technology Services at Penn State. DLT  implements and maintains the Library Information Access System (LIAS), the primary tool for accessing the University Libraries resources and services. DLT provides technical leadership in research and development of digital library initiatives, explores and evaluates suitability of new technologies to support the University Libraries' programs and services, and supports workstation and network services for the University Libraries.
